Dear blog readers’ Been away for more than a year, thanks to your pushing I am finalizing an article on the UMEME IPO here in Uganda under heading: UMEME IPO: Thinking aloud & The HERD. For the past one year I have not blogged at all, however I engaged in the more practical alternative; where I have taken on boards, questioned at AGMs, met one on one with listed company directors and executives, I even sat on the Uganda Clays Limited Shareholders’ committee tasked with revamping the company Memorandum and articles. Been a roller coaster, and probably after UMEME article will return to blog hibernation, I very much appreciate that you continue to check on this blog. Star Traders’ October 2012
